I was honestly so pleasantly surprised by the new episode of Doctor Who, after all the stuff I heard about the leaked episodes being horrible, and the fact that it was generally going to be Moffat’s writing, I didnt have high hopes, but it was kind of amazing. I laughed, I cried, I screamed, I mean definitely not as good as past new doctor episodes, but still pretty great. And without making any spoilers, that RTD era reference in there made me so giddy. Also Capaldi is so amazing, I have a soft spot for him so im kind of biased, but he really nailed it. I hope the rest of the season keeps this up.

I've been wanting to go to a convention for a really long time but shied away from it due to my anxiety. It's a shame too because I love cosplay and have about a million ideas for cosplays I want to do but the idea of being in this big convention center with thousands of people and loud noises and all this big stuff happening is so exhausting to think about sometimes. I know a couple of friends of mine with anxiety who go to cons all the time and have some pretty great tips on how to deal with the anxiety there, but a part of me is worried that that's ALL i'll be thinking about there and I wont have time to actually enjoy the awesomeness of

Yes, I'm medieval, I've been using my mouse since I started working on digital art a few weeks ago, I'm really excited for my tablet to arrive so I can have some more fluidity and draw lines a lot better =)
